Hooray! This was the awesome result of the “For God and Country” Fourth of July Twinkle. We collected supplies for Rwanda’s Noel Orphanage and $50 in cash to go towards supplies that will be purchased in Kigali, Rwanda. I’m so excited for the blessing each of these items will be for the 600+ children who are orphans there. My contact for His Chase Foundation, Amy (who I came to find out actually lived in Westlake Village a few years back!), has promised to send pictures from the trip. Just thinking about that makes me teary-eyed.

FedEx is set to deliver a box with all of this to Texas tomorrow (Friday) and then in a week or so it will be on a plane to Rwanda. Thank you so much to each of my amazing clients who enthusiastically participated to help out the children in Africa. I am a firm believer that every little bit makes a difference, and thus I am all the more thankful for what we were able to do together.
