The lovely, growing, H. family! Mom E. first heard me speak at a MOPS event at Calvary Community Church (Westlake Village) a few years ago. We worked together last year to create some really sweet portraits and storyboards of her then-youngest T when he was one-year. This year she wanted a family portrait session, and we set that up at a nearby private lake area. She is pregnant with another baby (and looks AMAZING!!!) and their blended family had their eldest as a high school senior, graduating and joining the military– he is now serving. I was so happy the timing worked with my travels to California so I could capture this family. The only thing that was disappointing was that hours before our portrait experience, one of the daughters was not allowed to attend. (This was out of their hands and in the hands of another.) Still, we made the most of it, and hopefully at one point I’ll be able to capture their other daughter too and them as a complete family, including with their new son after he makes his official arrival. I don’t know how that would work, if C. would have time off from his military service, but we can always hope. 🙂 We also were able to get a senior portrait for C. so that he could have something a little more original and less posed.
So wonderful to see our family here! We had an amazing experience with you Krissy and loved how you have captured our family. All our love. ❤
Beautiful!
