So I wanted to post before going to bed. The second blood moon of this year. My littlest couldn’t sleep, and then I read that the best place to see tonight’s blood moon was in Hawaii! I was thrilled to have the advantage of living in the middle of the Pacific on this occasion. I grabbed my camera and my non-sleeping daughter, and we drove to a spot with less street lights for better viewing. Yes, I was more enthusiastic than my first grader. Yes, she asked questions I will have to look up tomorrow to answer for her. When I zoomed in on my camera I saw something otherwise I wouldn’t have seen– the “faces” of the moon. What do you think?
