I answered the phone and on the other line was a friendly voice from my previous-home-state of Georgia. They were headed on vacation and she wanted to do a photography session for portraits of their family. We put things in place and scheduled the date for their family portraits while they were staying at the Grand Wailea. We wanted to keep it simple, but beautiful and added some special touches to make their photos all their own, about their story. Just from our conversation I was already looking forward to meeting them. And when she sent me their outfits I knew we were going to have a great session together. Come to think of it, their vacation was like a Babymoon but with their 2-year old— does that make it a Family-of-3-moon? So, here is this family literally blossoming with love and kindness and so much beauty. We soaked in the Maui sunset light, played in the sand, had so much fun, and then next day their little guy went back to the beach he asked where we were. So I’d say this was a success. And mom S. is absolutely stunning pregnant inside and out, isn’t she? We captured a few maternity portraits as well…
