Did you know that Starbuck’s drive thru could supply flowers for a haku lei in a pinch? Yep, this talented mom, with a knack and savvy for business and fashion, as well as being so smart in her medical career, forged together a flower crown for our shoot. That, a Santa hat, and a few outfit changes for some different looks for their shoot all made for their gorgeous images. We shot this so quick, and I love the Maui-Christmas vibe, complete with a tree and gifts. This really was such a fun collaboration with mom L., as well as the beautiful sunset and family images on the beach. The Wailea and Makena area beaches are such a lovely place to play, make memories, and take in the sunset. If you are visiting Maui, even if staying on the West side in Ka’anapali or Lahaina, head out there at least for the day.
