I always aim to arrive early at my shoots, to scope out the land, the light, and to be prepared. So when I arrived about a 1/2 hour early and saw my clients ready, already, I knew they were excited and prepared for a great photography session. The bonus was that we had some extra time to chat, and while they started as clients, they ended as friends, and I even saw them at church the next morning.
I love the opportunity to capture families, and this one here is so precious. According to their oldest daughter, playing at the pools of the Grand Wailea is the best, and I’m so glad that the wonderful time they had in Maui will be remembered through these photos too. Plus so many of these portraits have fantastic wall art options— whether a framed print or on canvas— they will be both timeless and beautiful. What is great is that they have the digital negatives (files) so they have so many options and can even change it up.
Look how these sisters hold their hands the same way. ????
